Arena Alta Wildlife Village & Reserve is a fully titled development project located in Playa Zancudo, in southwestern Costa Rica, 1one hour from the Panama Border.  We have 37 land-house packages for sale, across the road from the the beach and within the rain forest. We offer home designs created by our in-house architect that integrate with the tropical weather and surrounding rain forest 


All Arena Alta properties have full title, which means you own the land. Our clients purchase the house and land in their own name, just like they would in the USA and they own it, no corporations needed.

Infrastructure for electricity and water is currently under construction. Public roads have already been built. Your property will be managed and taken care of while you are away. We are at your service.

Tours & Attractions

There's always plenty to do at the Arena Alta Reserve! We offer guided walking tours of the reserve, kayak river tours, jungle and beach horseback riding, and river fishing. There are also many excursion opportunities available in the area surrounding Arena Alta. The reserve is a birding hot spot, and the nearby beaches are great for surfing and fishing. We can also connect you with yoga classes, fishing and snorkeling charters, whale watching and much more.

Arena Alta is located next to some of the most productive sport fishing grounds in the world. Many different species of fish can be caught from the beach including roosterfish, jack crevalle, cubera snapper and Spanish mackerel. Kayak and boat fishing can also be productive, with yellowfin tuna, sailfish, mahi and marlin farther offshore. The town of Zancudo is also home to the world renown Zancudo Lodge. More than 70 IGFA World Records have been set by boats fishing out of the lodge.
