We have an architecture and construction team ready to design and build. You won't have to deal with contractors and permits, we are you one-stop shop to build your Costa Rican beach home.
Setting our land development apart are our home designs. Our architect incorporates bioclimatic architectural design to create houses that better adapt to the tropical weather of Playa Zancudo. We use natural light and ventilation to create the fresh environment you look in a Costa Rica beach home.
Using stilt home designs prevents ground moisture, allows better air circulation, while giving you extra parking, storage, work area and also sets your balconies at the flying height of birds to nature up your morning coffee.
You can choose from one of our designs, available in two-bedroom, three-bedroom and our tropical loft. These home designs are also available if you wish to purchase the designs and/or build you home elsewhere in Costa Rica.
Our turn key service will have you covered, we'll take care of all the permits, access to public services and construction. You choose the details and move in or start your vacation rental investment.
